The Helicopter Museum will be holding a World at War Weekend on
Saturday 8th April and Sunday 9th April 2017

Meet the last surviving Dambuster, George 'Johnny' Johnson on Sunday 9th April
alongside two Normandy Veterans, a chance to chat about their unique history

Throughout the weekend there will be a living World War II encampment on site


You can meet the Home Guard and see Military vehicles and giant radio controlled tanks

There will also be a number of helicopter open cockpits

We are pleased to announce that the public opening of the newly restored
Weston Airfield Control Tower And Pilots Block, and
'Weston Aviation Exhibition'
will take place at 12 noon on Saturday 8th April 2017.

Actor and Allo' Allo' Legend Richard Gibson (Herr Flick) will perform the opening duties.

Public access to the exhibition will follow promptly after.
