The Helicopter Museum
Collections Blog

The Helicopter Museum is the World's Largest dedicated Helicopter Museum in the world with over 80 helicopters in the collection and on display.

The Helicopter Museum not only conserves full size helicopters but also has an extensive collection of  associated material.

A collection of literature, audio visual material and memorabilia is housed in our controlled archive facility. Here a dedicated team of volunteers work to document and conserve the material, under the supervision of our Collections Officer.

Managing our collection involves time, patience and lots of hard work and can range from the formalities of accepting donations to treating rust.

The HeliCollections Blog provides an online diary where you can follow our progress and contribute to discussions.
